In Ukraine, there is no shortage of IT labor. Every year, 30.000 students are educated on a level corresponding to a Danish degree in computer science. In Lviv alone, which is the education hub in Western Ukraine, there are three universities with strong traditions in the areas of classic mathematics and physics. Recruitment:
Recruiting and retaining employees can be expensive in today’s job market.  Through Conscensia you can gain access to the number of developers you need and your team can expand concurrently with you company’s growth. Our employment process is divided into phases:

1. Coding and English language tests and psychological profiling
2. A minimum of two personal interviews with potential candidates. Employment.
3. Lessons in Danish culture and business understanding, intensive English language training and software certification as required.

This recruitment process is throroughly tested and has proven successful; our existing teams are well-functioning and thrive with their tasks, and our churn rate is very low.

Employee retention:
We do not believe in holding on to our employees by paying the highest salaries on the market, because we do not think that this is a constructive solution in the long run. There will always be someone who is willing to offer more and it drives costs up. Instead, we strive to create an attractive workplace by ensuring a good working environment and by combining a fair salary with an advatageous benefit package:
