By using Conscensia’s website, you accept our cookie- and personal data policy.
Conscensia’s websites use cookies to gather anonymous information about the user’s visit to the website, such as the number of visits, the average time spent on the website and which pages were read. The purpose is to segment website users by factors such as demographics and geography to enable us to structure and understand our target groups.

Conscensia uses a third party cookies from SharpSpring to evaluate the use of the website and to target the communication to the users as best as possible and present the most relevant content for the individual visitor.

Conscensia uses third party cookies from Google Analytics to evaluate the use of the website and compile reports on the activity of the website. Google Analytics saves the information on servers in the United States. Google may disclose this information to third parties, if required by law, or if third parties treat the information on behalf of Google. Google does not link your IP address with other information, contained by Google.

When you send your personal information to us, you allow us to contact you directly or send you relevant information about us or our services. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security for data transfers over the internet. Therefore, there is a risk of unauthorized people gaining access to information, when data is sent and stored electronically. Please be aware that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

Changes in the processing of personal data

The rapid development of the internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may become necessary. Therefore, we reserve the right to update and modify our Personal Data Policy. In such cases, we will naturally change the date for “Updated” at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

Upon request, we will send you the information we have about you, where the information has been gathered and how we use them. You can also find out how long we keep your data and who received data about you, if we forward the data within Denmark and abroad. If the data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to get the information corrected or deleted. If the customer relationship ends, identity and transaction information is stored for five years in accordance with the law of accounting, the Anti-Money Laundering Act and the Logging declaration.

If you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data, you have the opportunity to object to a registration under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation.
