Every day, our developers run fast to develop innovative software solutions for our clients.
It is great when you can share a hobby with your colleagues – and achieve personal goals together.
We are busy at our development center in Lviv in Ukraine. Our clients need more software developers, and we have no problem finding their new developers in Ukraine. However, due to lack of office space – we have moved to a bigger office in Lviv – where we have plenty of space.
We are proud to announce that we have opened a development center in Warsaw in Poland.
From time to time, we are contacted by companies that have projects where the software development has to take place within EU and NATO. We have decided to give this opportunity to our clients – and we are now at full speed at our new office.
A big welcome to our new Norwegian client, Armin-Tech AS.
Armin-Tech AS develops the software solution ARMIN, which combines mechanical feedback with big data and machine learning to find the optimal maintenance strategy and predict faults, before they occur. The solution can decease the maintenance costs by 20%, lower downtime with 15% and troubleshooting is 30% more efficient.
Armin-Tech has been very impressed with the start of the new cooperation. Fredrik Foss, CEO and founder of Armin-Tech AS, says: “The selection interview and onboarding process of new employees was highly satisfying. Conscensia delivered good quality and a thorough process the whole way”.

Conscensia sees a huge potential in the Norwegian and Swedish market. These markets have a high demand for talented software developers, just as in the rest of Western Europe. IKT Norway’s survey from 2017 showed that 38% of their members have had IT job vacancies, but were unable to find qualified candidates for the positions. Unfortunately, it resulted in 42% of the members having to reject orders/projects.
In order to help these businesses, Conscensia has expanded our Scandinavian sales team by hiring Vidar Øvrebø as Regional Sales Director on the Norweigan and Swedish market. Vidar’s primary task is to find new clients on these markets, as he has many years of experience within the IT and Marine & Offshore sector.
In December, our office in Lviv is extra lively. There are many secret Secret Santas, who surprise their colleagues with small gifts. Last Thursday, Conscensia held our traditional Christmas party, where the Secret Santas were revealed – and everyone got their last gift from their Secret Santa. There was also served mulled wine and Danish pancake puffs. (called “gløgg” and “æbleskiver” in Danish).
